(2) Interview arrangements
Date: November 8, 2025
at the end of October, the school will issue a letter via mail or E-mail to all students who have submitted their application forms. If you have not received your notice in early November, please call Ms Ho at 2623-3002.

* For non-Chinese speaking children, the school accepts parents and children to be accompanied by a family member or friend who understands Chinese, or we provide an English interpreter to assist in the interview. For enquiries, please contact Miss Wan at 2623 3002 or email to cmatkokg@netvigator.com.

* If your child is out of town, please contact our school for an interview method.

(3) Admission criteria
The school will view the child’s overall performance through admission criteria. Priority is given to the following students:
* Children of school staff;
* brother or sister of currently enrolled students;
* younger brother or sister of former school graduates;
* Living within the same district.

*Apply for full-time degree
Due to the limited number of places for full-day classes, the school will give priority to “family needs”. Based on family positions, the difficulties and needs that caregivers encounter in daily care of children will be taken into consideration. Priority may not necessarily be admitted. The school will take into account the number of seats. Arrangements will be made based on the number of places needed. When parents apply for a place in a full-day class for their children, please attach the relevant letter and explain the reasons for applying for admission to the full-day class, so that the school can use it as a basis for selection.

NCS students belong to ethnic minorities. They need different supports, including facilitating their early adaptation to the local education system and mastery of the Chinese language. Through interactive classroom activities and role play, NCS students can enhance their learning interest in Chinese. At the same time, individualized learning plans will be formulated for NCS students to continue their language learning.
