(1) Application method
Website Download:
As of now, you can download the application form from our website.
In person:
From August 30th, 2023, you can come to school to take the form in person.
Office Hours︰Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
Saturday (9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.)
Please bring a copy of your children’s birth certificate, together with a photo (posted on the application form), with a $2.20 stamped envelope and HK $40 registration fee.
(2) Interview arrangements
Date: 11TH November, 2023
at the end of October, the school will issue a letter via mail or E-mail to all students who have submitted their application form. If you have not received your notice in early November, please call Ms Lau at 2623-3002.
* For non-Chinese speaking children, the school accepts parents and children to be accompanied by a family member or friend who understands Chinese, or we provide an English interpreter to assist in the interview. For enquiries, please contact Ms Lau at 2623 3002 or email to cmatkokg@netvigator.com.
* If your child is out of town, please contact our school for an interview method.
(3) Admission criteria
The school will view the child’s overall performance through admission criteria. Priority is given to the following students:
* Children of school staff;
* brother or sister of currently enrolled students;
* younger brother or sister of former school graduates;
* Living within the same district.
＊application for whole-day class
If you wouldlike to apply for whole-day class, please remark the reason(s) for applying it and any situations family in need in the letter the upload to the Online Application System.
(4) Application Result and Arrangement
Applicants will be notified by mail or email by December 15, 2023, regardless of acceptance or rejection.
Admitted Students:
Parents should come to the school on the “New Student Registration Day” designated by the Education Bureau to complete the registration procedures. At that time, parents must submit the student’s “2024/25 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” and pay the registration fee.
Date︰January 4, 2024 (Thursday) to January 6, 2024 (Saturday)
Registration fee︰HK $970 for half-day class, HK $1570 for whole-day class

Selected Wait-list Students :
If an admitted student fails to register within the registration period, he/she will automatically forfeit his/her place and will be replaced by a selected wait-list student notified by a phone call from the school.
Non-admitted students: :
Parents can refer to the “Nursery (K1) Classes Vacancy Information” published on the EDB website, regional education offices, and telephone hotline at the end of January 2024.
(5) Unified registration

Registration fee: HK $970 for half day
HK $1570 for Whole day

Notes to Parents
1. If parents wish to retrieve the “2024/25 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” after registration, please inform us by phone one day in advance with a written letter, and fill out the “Retrieval of Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” notice form at school the following day to retrieve the “2024/25 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission”. The school will no longer reserve the place for the student.
2.Students who have paid the registration fee will not be refunded if they subsequently give up their place.

(七) 2023/24年度學費 2023/24 School Fee
If the student have the 2023/24 “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission”, the school fee of Half-day student is free. The school fee of whole-day student is $910, total 10 months. Also, they need to pay the meal fee,which is $370 per months.
